Communication. Culture. Belonging.
Exploring how the small human moments shape the way people experience work, leadership and each other.
What makes people feel like they matter?
I've spent my career at the intersection of communication, culture, leadership and employee experience and I've become increasingly curious about the small, often overlooked moments that shape trust, belonging and performance.
I'm exploring what organizations can learn from the people, places and interactions we often overlook and how those lessons can help us lead better.
Meet Sara.
Leader. Communicator. Storyteller. Curious Observer.
Sara Jackson is a senior communications and culture leader, author and speaker whose work sits at the intersection of communication, leadership, employee experience and belonging.
As Internal Communications Director at Park National Bank, she works inside the everyday realities of organizational life; where strategy meets people and where seemingly small interactions can have an outsized effect on how work feels.
Her work is increasingly centered around a simple question: What can the people and places we tend to overlook teach us about making people feel that they matter?
